Return & Cancellations
Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been opened or worn. However, if the product remains unused and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within a specified period.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 10 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
